Amine Delage is the founder of l&p Management. He believes that “every human being is capable of going beyond his limits, and that people need to believe in their own potential.”
Amine has over 14 years of coaching experience and 25 years of business experience. Coaching since 2003 and certified with the International Coach Federation (ICF), he specialises in individual and team coaching for high performance and leadership development.
His clients are senior executives and emerging leaders across the APAC region, working in oil and gas, geoscience, banking, hospitality, retail, insurance, education and the health sector. Some of the companies he has worked with include CGG Services, TOTAL Group, Essilor, Givaudan, BASF and Unilever.
Amine is fluent in delivering training, facilitation and coaching in English, French and Arabic. He brings with him a much sought-after ability to coach across a diverse range of individuals and environments, to bridge the gaps that many companies face today and which affect business performance.
Highly experienced in individual and team assessments, his competencies include utilising Skillscope and Benchmarks (360-degree assessments), Workplace Big5, MBTI, FIRO-B, Influence Style Indicator, Insights Discovery, Team Management System and Emotions and Behaviors at Work (“EBW”).
Previously, Amine held the role of APAC Learning and Development Manager in a global hospitality company in which he coached senior managers on specific leadership competencies, to implement and execute global plans that cover all aspects of human development.
He holds a Master degree in Hospitality & Tourism Management, a BA in Human Resources and a Bachelor in HR. In 2004 and 2005, he lectured at the University of Paris XII on Management and Leadership for a degree course.
Amine is a certified coach by ICF – International Coach Federation – and a member of the French Chamber of Commerce in Singapore. He also holds the WSQ Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA).
